I was responsible for the strategic advice in drawing up and executing an export strategy to Sweden, and in drawing up an export policy plan as a blueprint for export activities (Sweden) at both strategic and operational level and I was outlining the long-term export strategy for organizational management and market approach, which included an integrated and sales transcending vision in combination with concrete and a result-oriented export marketing plan for sales results. These joint export projects were after the final assignment for International Marketing & Management at the Avans University of Applied Sciences. These projects I carried out for 78 Dutch factories out of the leatherware, bags, and footwear business (for the Dutch Union of Leatherware and Bag Manufacturers, and for the Federation of Dutch Footwear Manufacturers).

I was responsible for planning and actualizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud arrangements in a customer-facing role and execute the Marketing Cloud Email application.  I also arranged the external integrations (CMS like Sitecore and FormAssembly) with the Marketing Cloud Email application. I updated all product lists in the webforms. I improved the user experience (UX) in the created and implemented webforms, coped with HTML-codes and the CSS, I was also optimizing landing pages and user/sales/marketing funnels (by mapping correctly, correctly actualize opt-ins/opt-outs), and rolling out marketing roadmaps. execute A/B Testing (Split Tests), improving and experiencing (testing) customer journeys, and going through customer life cycles. I was responsible for the strategic advice (webforms) in drawing up and executing an implementation strategy, drawing up an implementation policy plan as a blueprint for the internal and external integrations at both strategic and operational levels. Lyoness is a multi-level marketing company and active in more than 40 countries, spread over six continents, and their shopping community consisted of more than five million members as of 2016. This project was about network marketing, affiliate marketing, and loyalty marketing. Focus on the Dutch market.

The Kirby Company (stylized as KIRBY) is a manufacturer of vacuum cleaners and home cleaning accessories, based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. Kirby’s products are only sold via in-home door-to-door demonstrations. This project was a direct sales on the B2C and B2B market in the Netherlands.

ACN, Inc. is a North-American based multi-level marketing (MLM) company that provides telecommunications, energy, merchant services, and other services, depending on the country, through a network of independent sellers who also can recruit other sellers. This was a multi-level marketing project in the Netherlands in which direct sales had a leading role.

Gren Granulaat is a Dutch company named Groen Granulaat BV that produces products such as cutlery in an environmentally friendly manner.

Granulate is used as a raw material for injection molding machines and extrusion. Green granulate consists of completely recycled waste from the plastics processing industry. Groen Granulaat BV used pea surpluses. They originate from the need for reuse.

The start-up of the Technology Fast 50 in which the fifty fastest-growing technology companies (ICT) and the most innovative start-ups in Europe are mapped. I was responsible for planning and actualizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud arrangements in a customer-facing role and execute the Marketing Cloud Email application. I also arranged the external integrations (CMS like Sitecore and FormAssembly) with the Marketing Cloud Email application. I updated all product lists in the webforms. I improved the user experience (UX) in the created and implemented webforms, coped with HTML-codes and the CSS, I was also optimizing landing pages and user/sales/marketing funnels (by mapping correctly, correctly actualize opt-ins/opt-outs), and rolling out marketing roadmaps. execute A/B Testing (Split Tests), improving and experiencing (testing) customer journeys, and going through customer life cycles. I was responsible for the strategic advice (webforms) in drawing up and executing an implementation strategy, drawing up an implementation policy plan as a blueprint for the internal and external integrations at both strategic and operational levels. FairTrade4all was an Extrico initiative and consisted of 5 fairtrade projects: fairtrade4kids, fairtrade4u, fairtrade4business, ZilverenKetting.ORG (which means ‘silver necklace’) and TassenOnline-Shop.nl (which means ‘bags’). All selected products in those 5 assortments were WFTO certified. WFTO stands for the World Fair Trade Organization (formerly known as IFAT). The products have been imported to the Netherlands from Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Besides marketing, I also did stock management.

I was responsible for the strategic advice in drawing up and executing an export strategy to Sweden and the USA (5 major cities), and in drawing up an export policy plan as a blueprint for export activities (Sweden) and the USA at both strategic and operational level and I was outlining the long-term export strategy for organizational management and market approach, which included an integrated and sales transcending vision in combination with concrete and a result-oriented marketing plan for sales results. These projects I carried out for 52 Dutch factories out of the leatherware and bags business. The final assignment in International Marketing & Management for the Avans University of Applied Sciences.
