I was responsible for the strategic advice in drawing up and executing a business plan in German and thereby convincing investors in Germany for the customer to invest in Groen Granulaat, and drawing up a business policy plan as a blueprint for business activities at both strategic and operational level and I was outlining the longterm business strategy for organizational management and market approach, which includes an integrated and sales transcending vision in combination with a concrete and result-oriented marketing plan for sales results. Gren Granulaat is a Dutch company named Groen Granulaat BV that produces products such as cutlery in an environmentally friendly manner.

Granulate is used as a raw material for injection molding machines and extrusion. Green granulate consists of completely recycled waste from the plastics processing industry. Groen Granulaat BV used pea surpluses. They originate from the need for reuse.
