Cost Analysis for the Staff Office/Finance Department at the NLW Group N.V.

I was responsible for the strategic advice in drawing up and executing a cost strategy (e.g. electric and gas bills), drawing up a cost policy plan as a blueprint for investment activities at both strategic and operational level and I was outlining the longterm investment strategy (regarding cost price and energy-reduction in costs) for organizational management and market approach, which includes an integrated and cost-price transcending vision in combination with concrete and result-oriented investment plans for cost-reduction results. Including all Business Units at the NLW Group N.V.

Cost forecasting, Cost Analysis, and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (Business Administration) were core business. NLW Group: 3 sites/locations, 6 BUs, and 1,200 employees.
