I was responsible for the strategic advice in drawing up and executing national market research to utilize these reports to settle on data-driven choices and drawing up a policy plan as a blueprint for future marketing and educational activities at both strategic and operational levels.

The analysis of decade development (the emancipation/participation of the women in former East and former West Germany in physics in Bachelor/Master studies) and what happened to them on the labor market after their graduation, the goal was to compare the developments between the East and West and more local between the western and eastern states (‘Bundesländer’). This project was stressing the difference between the professional development (studies and labor market) for women in the West and East (of Germany). This project was sponsored by the European Union (EU).
